Memorial Day Weekend and the bearings on our boat trailer decided to take vacation too. Bingham Tire took care of us and got us back to the lake. Great service, very kind and reasonably priced. Thanks Josh and Chase.

I have had nothing except honesty, fairness and excellent work from this company. I deal with Josh on a regular basis and trust what he tells me is wrong with my vehicle. I have not been able to find a company like this. It’s nice to know that there are mechanic out there that will not gouge you. Thanks Guys, I will return to them if any other work is needed.

We was sent to Goodyear from another business . We arrived at 12:30 pm Friday 03/08/24! Was told the situation could be fixed if was a tune-up ! At 3:45 was told they check to see if things could be gotten ?? At 4:10pm was told it couldn’t be done cause it took longer than this time the place was gonna be opened !! So we’re from Ohio headed back home ! That nothing could be done to help after we wait all day !! How safe if that from a business to tell customers!! I’m very upset to have to have wasted a day when it could have been handled another way ! Which in the beginning we talked doing a tune-up ! I’d like to hear back before I take this to another level with the BBB

Based upon our standards of customer satisfaction, we are sorry we could not resolve your issues in the time period you expected. And I'm not going to make excuses. However with the circumstances and you already having been to multiple other shops without resolution, we felt more time was required. I believe it was around 3:35 you were told our suggestion to resolve the issue that multiple others had tried to fix was a full tune-up. This job requires 1.5 to 2 hours to complete if there are no other complications. This is not an end of the day job because if additional parts are needed then sourcing is an issue. Having problems while traveling creates extra strain, we understand that.

an hour ago NEW STAY AWAY!!! THEY INSTALLED AN ACCESSORY IN MY VEHICLE AND BLEW THE ECM AND 3 SENSORS. TOOK IT BACK 3 TIMES AND THEY SAID NOTHING THEY COULD DO. COST ME $4700 TO REPAIR. BINGHAM REFERRED ME TO MANUFACTURER FOR REIMBURSEMENT. MANUFACTURER AND CAR DEALER WHERE I GOT CAR FIXED PINNED IT ON TECH WHO INSTALLED IT AT BINGHAM. CLEARLY CUT THE WIRE CAUSING THE FAILURE. FILING SMALL CLAIMS CASE AGAINST THEM AND COMPLAINT WITH TENNESSEE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. BEYOND SHADY WHEN YOU WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKES. BE BETTER BINGHAM!

Mr. Miner, we will stand behind the work we did. You came in to us requesting we install a breath analysis device. This device will allow you to start your vehicle if your breath passes the analysis. By the purpose of the device the instructions for installing requires the installer to break the connection with the starter and insert wiring for the breath analyzer. We did as instructions required. If the breath analyzer did something to your car, then your issue is with the company you choose to get the device from. The documents you showed us from the shops you went to for repair did not say we were at fault. We inspected and verified the installation multiple times and based upon installation instructions we did the job requested.
